This was by far the most disappointing place I've ever stayed. I brought my kids along, and there was no running water or toilet facilities, forcing us to use public restrooms. On several occasions, we had no hot water, even after asking to switch apartments. The customer service was the worst I've ever faced. The flooring was damaged, there was no door leading to drafts and a cold atmosphere, broken heaters, and a hole in the door. I made a complaint but was ignored and refused any personal meeting. I'm still waiting for a refund. Please consider my experience when deciding on this accommodation.
