This is, without a doubt, the worst accommodation I've ever experienced. I brought my children, and there was no running water. The toilet facilities were nonexistent, forcing us to rely on public restrooms. On multiple occasions, we had no hot water, even after requesting a change of apartment. The showers were freezing. The customer service was appalling. The flooring was damaged, there was no door leading to drafts and a cold atmosphere, the heaters were broken, and there was a hole in the door. I filed a complaint but was ignored and refused a face-to-face meeting. I'm still waiting for a refund. Please consider my experience when deciding whether to stay here.

When this service claims they will take a £100 deposit as a pre-authorisation fee that won't be deducted from your account and will be released by your bank after three days, I can assure you that this is misleading. They do deduct the money, and if you don’t follow up, you may not get it back. We contacted our bank and found no pending transaction. This means the service has already taken your money. After 16 days of trying to get our money back, we are still waiting. Be cautious, as you may lose your deposit if you don’t pursue it.
I booked this property for a meeting on May 30th, but I couldn't check in because they sent the instructions at 11 PM the night before. I arrived at 6 PM and found no one available to help or answer my calls. This ruined all my plans. When I requested a refund, they refused. They seem more interested in money than providing any service. I strongly advise against booking this property.
I can't really rate this place since we never got to stay. A member of our party suffered a serious injury just two days before our arrival. We reached out to explain our situation, hoping for some understanding or a partial refund, but received a flat denial. It's safe to say we won't be booking here again. Enjoy the £450 you got for nothing!
Avoid this service! They show no concern for their customers. We had booked for a celebration weekend, but due to the national lockdown, we couldn't attend. My friend tried every way to contact them for a date change or refund, but received no replies, forcing her to dispute the charge with her card company. Unfortunately, the claim was rejected, meaning we still have to pay for a room we couldn't use during a global pandemic. It's outrageous that they refuse to issue a refund. I hope karma catches up with them during these challenging times!
This place is a complete dump. From filthy carpets to sticky surfaces, I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The staff were rude and unhelpful, trying to charge double while fabricating stories. Beware of slamming doors if you have children. The beds and facilities were dirty and unacceptable. I will never return.
