This service has a highly unreasonable policy. If you don’t pay your monthly invoice as soon as you receive it, they immediately block your access to the gym — even while continuing to charge you for the following months. It seems illogical to bill customers while denying them access to the facilities they are paying for. If you’re going to charge for the entire membership period, at least let customers use the gym during that time. This policy feels unjust and requires revision.
