They are all lies,
At first they said you have 5 free week for your new subscription and the employees in the gym said I can cancel anytime without charges, but when the time comes you can't cancel, they say you have to pay the membership to the end monthly, but at the beginning I had 14 days to freely cancel or change my subscription which I changed it in that 14 days and then my 5 free weeks were gone WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHILE CHANGING because I changed, I contacted and the worst costumer service I have ever seen said no it is a new contract and we cannot give you 5 weeks and we cannot do anything, And if I. cancel I have to pay till the end, also they never let me talk to somebody at least on the phone and also their live chat costumer service only wants to close the chat and end the conversation. If I was not a student and had enough financial assets I would definitely sue them. In every country and service there are benefits for the students where basic fit only wants to grab your money that you save day by day instead of supporting you to train and have a healthy life along your studies
