The food was good this time, although my last order had poor garlic bread, and I received no response to my complaint. Delivery was satisfactory. My main disappointments are the loyalty scheme and the lack of a half-and-half option. It used to be available, and I miss it. While I appreciate the loyalty points, the spend requirement for a discount feels steep. I enjoy the service, but not everyone in my family does, leading me to order less frequently. When it’s good, it’s great, but the quality can vary.
