I have enjoyed meals from the service before, so this experience was quite disappointing. I ordered three pizzas through a delivery platform and spent £48. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. All the pizzas were lukewarm, poorly assembled, and quite bland. The toppings were minimal and uneven, and the crusts were heavy and dry. One of the vegetarian options was particularly lacking. The decline in quality is very apparent. Honestly, the pizzas felt no better than inexpensive street-style slices available in various neighborhoods, yet they are priced as premium Italian offerings. The value simply isn’t there anymore.

The order was incorrect. The complaint was handled by an unreasonably slow chat system, taking over 15 minutes instead of a quick phone call. I had to take and upload photos of the delivery, by which time the rest of the meal was cold. This was the worst customer care experience I've had with any takeaway in several decades. Buyer beware, you have been warned. They’ve lost a customer after this first attempt.
My family dined at the restaurant recently. The young staff member who greeted us was friendly and showed us to our table. The menu pleased everyone. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were delightful. The service was excellent, the food very good, and the wood-fired pizzas were exceptionally tasty. With a reasonable corkage fee, we will definitely be returning soon. It’s wonderful to have such a great restaurant open during the week.
This is the second time in recent weeks that the pizza has been delivered cold and burnt, despite requesting extra toppings for an additional cost, which were clearly not added. I complained last time and received no response. It’s unfortunate because the pizzas used to be so good.
The food was good this time, although my last order had poor garlic bread, and I received no response to my complaint. Delivery was satisfactory. My main disappointments are the loyalty scheme and the lack of a half-and-half option. It used to be available, and I miss it. While I appreciate the loyalty points, the spend requirement for a discount feels steep. I enjoy the service, but not everyone in my family does, leading me to order less frequently. When it’s good, it’s great, but the quality can vary.
