I order pizzas a few weeks ago. They turned up 90 mins late even though i had pre ordered hours before that to ensure i beat the rush. Tried and tried during the 90 mins to speak to the branch (East Sheen) to find out what was happening but no one answered the phone. In the end we gave up and went for fish and chips. Finally cold pizza arrived. I wrote 3 polite emails to the branch requesting a refund but never heard back. I used to really like this pizza place but after this terrible customer experience with no care for the customer i will have to look elsewhere. What a shame. Rob
