I have enjoyed meals from the service before, so this experience was quite disappointing. I ordered three pizzas through a delivery platform and spent £48. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. All the pizzas were lukewarm, poorly assembled, and quite bland. The toppings were minimal and uneven, and the crusts were heavy and dry. One of the vegetarian options was particularly lacking. The decline in quality is very apparent. Honestly, the pizzas felt no better than inexpensive street-style slices available in various neighborhoods, yet they are priced as premium Italian offerings. The value simply isn’t there anymore.
