I paid £47 to Basingstoke and Dean Council for their Garden waste collection service, this is supposed to be a fortnightly collection service, but I now have not had a collection in over 3 weeks, and when I email them to complain, they do not even bother to reply, I will now be contacting my bank to ask them to refund the £47 that I paid for a service that is not being delivered.Do not waste your money paying for this service, that is not supplied!!
