Wanted to set up high yield savings accout. Tried for over 35 minutes, the bottleneck was their requirement to upload a photo (taken real time) with their app. The App is a complete failure. Finally called support and they first said the phone was defective however I do all my banking (4 other accounts) including credit cards, etc with the phone. They they said the IOS was 13.0 or better, I actually have 15.7.x How about having the customer simply enter the data you need like ALL the other financial institutions? Big waste of time.
