I placed an order on November 25th and have yet to receive my product. For several days, there was no confirmation or information regarding the shipment. I reached out to customer support on November 28th, but received no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The company claimed in response to my previous review that a shipping confirmation was sent earlier, but that is simply untrue. I only received the shipping confirmation after posting my review on December 2nd. Today is December 6th, and according to the tracking app, my package still hasn't been handed over to the carrier — there has been no progress. I contacted customer support again, but I'm still being ignored. This level of service is extremely disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, I won't be ordering from this company again.
