I placed an order on November 25th, and I still haven’t received my product. For several days, I received no confirmation or information regarding the shipment. I reached out to customer support on November 28th, but there was no response. The lack of communication is already unacceptable. The company replied to my earlier review stating that the shipping confirmation was sent earlier, but that is not accurate. I only received the shipping confirmation after I submitted my review on December 2nd. As of December 6th, the tracking app indicates that the package has yet to be handed over to the courier — there has been no progress at all. I contacted customer support again, and I am still being ignored. This level of customer service is incredibly disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I was initially worried after reading various reviews. However, I took the risk due to the great prices. All my ordered products arrived in good condition. There was a slight delay due to the holiday rush, but they kept me updated via email. The package arrived sooner than expected, just a week after I ordered on Friday evening.
I made an order that was confirmed, but I never received it. They falsely claimed I provided an incorrect address. I emailed customer service but got no response. It's a scam, using a false address excuse to take your money. Disgusting. I will report them to consumer protection services.
The shipping fee is exorbitant at €4.95. I ordered two products with a promised delivery time of 2 to 4 days, but that time has passed and I still don't have my items. Customer service in Spain never answers the phone. They respond to emails saying they can't cancel the order and that it hasn't shipped yet. They also refuse to refund the shipping cost since the deadline hasn't been met, and they haven't provided a tracking number. Very poor experience. It's not worth buying from them. I will see if the products ever arrive. UPDATE: Eight days later, and they are still in Germany. AVOID THIS STORE. After 15 days, I still haven't received my order. It was supposed to arrive in 2 to 5 days. I can now confirm this is a scam. They advertise delivery times they can't meet, and once you buy, they don't take any initiative to resolve the issue. Their only response is to ask for patience. They refused to refund my order or the €4.95 shipping fee. I am now questioning if the products come from China and if they are fake. I have no answers, but I do not recommend them at all. The worst e-commerce experience I've ever had.

The delivery was quick, the packaging was secure, and the product is original. I even checked the expiration date and it was manufactured in October 2021, which is still fresh!
