I placed an order on November 25th, and I still haven’t received my product. For several days, I received no confirmation or information regarding the shipment. I reached out to customer support on November 28th, but there was no response. The lack of communication is already unacceptable. The company replied to my earlier review stating that the shipping confirmation was sent earlier, but that is not accurate. I only received the shipping confirmation after I submitted my review on December 2nd. As of December 6th, the tracking app indicates that the package has yet to be handed over to the courier — there has been no progress at all. I contacted customer support again, and I am still being ignored. This level of customer service is incredibly disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, I will not be ordering from this company again.
