I’ve ordered twice now as gifts for friends and each time had fantastic feedback on the bakes! The customer service is top notch. Both times I’ve ordered, I’ve made a small mistake and so sent an email asking for help. Got a prompt response and my error was corrected before sending. Would recommend and I’ll definitely order again.
After an initial mixup with the order. The wrong address had been populated in the delivery address. Probably my fault. I emailed and Abigail got back to me and managed to change the address and redirect to the correct one without losing any time at all. AND, my granddaughters tell me the doughnuts were delicious. 😋 thank you team and especially Abigail.
I ordered two full cookie pies, they were packaged excellently and came in off the shelf condition. Arrived my chosen delivery date in good time. Everyone at work loved them, they thought they were incredible. Never disappointed with any of your products. Love them!😁

My partners only positive criticism was the lack of labels detailing allergens and best before dates. We will definitely be ordering again in the future! Pre ordered a box of 4 cookies for my daughters birthday, they arrived on time, and they were amazing, she loved them. They looked and tasted so good. Even the packing is great, they also did a personalised card saying happy birthday and all cookies were individually wrapped to keep them fresh. Will definitely order again and would highly recommend Batch'd.
