Honesty is key! First of all I paid extra money for delivery for a specific time and they didn't come on that time spoke with the team and they refused to refund the delivery fee. The treats weren't whatni was expecting as they look nice but didn't taste nice. But the more disappointing thing is how batchd are thieves and don't refund you the money when they don't deliver on time.
