Don’t buy for holidays when it says Guaranteed to be to you!! I bought 16 items specifically because the website said if you buy before the 8th you’ll get everything before.by Valentine’s Day. They shipped two packages, and the one the got to me the day before was ONE ITEM out of 16!!! Now it’s Valentine’s Day, and i dont have my things. Tomorrow Sunday, so wont get it tomorrow! Mondays a Holiday, so wont get that day either!!! I’m so incredibly disappointed and won’t be buying from them again. Ruined my whole families Valentine’s Day.

i went to the store in penn square mall, and the young lady named brittany, helped me and ahe was very rude. we go to bath and body works all time, but we wont go anymore to that store. she was being rude to the other employees and being bossy, like she was a boss. she was getting very unpleasant cause we were taking our time. no business needs someone that acts like that in a store, i would like to see her fired.!!!!!!!!!!!

The body creme that normally sells for $18.95 was on sale for $4.23. After receiving my order I now know why the big price drop. The products are so watered down that the scent doesn't even last five minutes. Normally when I purchase the same items for $18.95 the scent lasts until the next day. The low price is definitely reflective of the quality.

Exceptional Service Experience

Upon entering the store, I noticed an employee diligently attending to her duties. When I requested assistance, she promptly assisted me. I had numerous questions, and she answered each one thoroughly. I was purchasing a gift for a friend, and she recommended an excellent product along with several samples. Her customer service was outstanding, and her positive attitude made a significant difference. I truly appreciated the wonderful experience I had during my visit.

Misleading Discounts

The claim of 75% off everything was completely false, and I ended up paying over $60 for just a few items. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I won't be returning after this! 😡

EVERYTHING THEY'RE DOING IS WRONG. An old white man running a women's centric store is a BAD IDEA, especially when it's profits over people/preference. They joked a few years back about being recession proof. I hope 2025 showed them just how wrong they were. They sat up in those board meetings telling share holders they'll give us less discounts, raise prices, and we'll pay. They will do it simply because THEY CAN - BECAUSE WE'RE TOO HOOKED TO QUIT BUYING. IMAGINE THAT... THEN, THEY CALLED US GRIFTERS FOR BEING DISCOUNT DRIVEN BUT WHO DF IS PAYING FULL PRICE FOR DOLLAR TREE QUALITY?! They destroyed the rewards program. I have 12 to use, and don't even GAF. There's nothing to get besides stinky, weak, chemically infused body care. THE MESS MAKES ME ITCH. I don't even have sensitive skin. It's just that bad. It's all just carcinogens in a bottle with the tiniest bit of weak fragrance. They raised costs, cut Sitel out, sent CS overseas where no one speaks English/doesn't even like Americans, changed their 100% love it or return it guarantee to basically lowest selling price - no swaps, no returns, stop bothering us. They've implemented denials on damage due to freight forwarding... AKA UPS/POST OFFICE/FEDEX handling deliveries. WHO DF ELSE IS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER? A BRANDED BBW VAN?! They're not Amazon. BBW needs to file that claim with insurance, and send replacements. That's NEVER a customer's job. The products are DATED. IT'S GIVING WALMART ON THE PACKAGING AND THE QUALITY. IT'S BORING!!! AND EXPENSIVE AT THAT! I wish I could design for them for just a month. They're destroying a company I have a whole group around... a group with 100s of thousands of people. EVERYONE IS BORED. WE'RE ALL FED UP. WE'RE OVER THEM. It's so heartbreaking to watch their downfall. We love our candles. BBW body care is TRASH. They spend sooooo much money developing garbage NO ONE WANTS OR ASKED FOR - just look at the blended candles for 2025 Candle Day! They are literal gag gifts! WHY?! WALMART HAS THAT COVERED YEARLY AND AT $5/POP! They're the candle equivalent of fart spray in a decoy glitterbomb bait box you set on your step for porch pirates. I can't count the people who had negative physical reactions to sniffing them! Then, they had the caucacity to have ruined the rewards program where we spend $100 to earn 1 low quality thing just to squander profits on BS like that?! Half of the store is mess NO ONE WANTS, NOR BUYS... THAT NO ONE ASKED FOR AT DF ALL. They have boring old people running the show, and using profits as a driving force. They are NOT listening to their loyal customers. They are tone deaf to everything. Candles should last longer, not burn in a day, or be completely warmed out in 2. Candles shouldn't be scentless, and only for ambience. They're SCENTED candles. Lately, they're giving us wax... just wax in ugly boring poorly designed labels. The selection of boring is overwhelmingly endless. Bring back 16.95, or even 18.95 rewards, on everything. Not all of us uses dollar store body care, and single wicks aren't worth the glass they're in. I mean, they even excluded pocketbacs... even the $2 ones! Nothing is selling unless it's damn near free. They give more leeway to thieves filling baskets than to paying customers! WE MISS WHAT BBW WAS. WE HATE WHAT IT IS. We don't need crazy expensive body care that doesn't work, gives us rashes, and smells like Grandma in 1972. There's far too many perfume brands these days... we don't even need them for body care. Cut the lineup down. Where are the gourmands? Improve on the quality with the money saved. Make candles stronger, cuter, and not $30-$50. Remove old holders no one wants. Those accessories are dated, and we're not paying that price. Kohls brands/Yankee are doing it better for accessories. There's so much wrong with the new BBW that it's a shell of what it once was. Many of us old fans are just holding on, clinging to hope, as our spending habits move towards brands that hear their customers, have kept CS in the states, and offer better selections and pricing. It's giving Jaclyn Hill TikTok rant on why she can't connect. BBW IS NO LONGER RELATABLE OR RELEVANT... WHAT'S WORSE IS THEY DID IT TO THEMSELVES. CORPORATE GREED MEANT MORE THAN THE PPL WHO KEPT THE LIGHTS ON - US, THE CONSUMERS. There's so much coupon fraud right now because they inadvertently created a market for it by cutting out coupons to consumers. They're literally slow. They bit all the hands that fed them... no, they chewed off both arms. MAKE THE CHANGES. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Extremely disappointed with the service

My experience has been incredibly frustrating. The customer support is lacking, with representatives who struggle with communication. For the last two weeks, I've been trying to reach a supervisor about my order, but I’ve been left on hold for over an hour, only to have the call disconnected. I will not be making any future purchases. I never received my order and lost a significant amount of money. This situation is simply unacceptable.

Extremely Frustrating Experience!

I would rate this as a 0 star if I could! This is the worst platform I have ever encountered! The payment process through PayPal took an eternity, forcing me to cancel and reorder due to the long delay. To make matters worse, one of my two items was canceled without explanation. I received an email stating my order was ready, but upon checking, I found that I had been blocked! What is going on with this service? It's time to get it together!

Frustration with Shipping Policy During Event

I was ready to place an order exceeding $200.00 during their promotional event. However, in-store pickup is only available on the last day, and by then, many items are unavailable for pickup. I am unwilling to pay for shipping on such a large order. Their justification is that you are 'saving' significantly on the candles. In contrast, I've found other retailers offering a wider selection of scents, lower prices, and free shipping! I won't be returning to this service. It's disappointing that they would lose a $200.00 sale over a shipping fee of $6.99.
