In response to your previous message, I did email you twice, replying to your organization's initial email. I received an auto-response stating that I would be contacted within two working days. I’m out $165 and still haven’t received my order. I have confirmed my address with the representative, but they only stated that it was marked as delivered. This is unacceptable. Please escalate this to a manager who can assist. I want to log zero stars; I haven't received my order, no tracking number has been issued, and I keep receiving survey requests without any follow-up.
