I am appalled by the lack of interest shown by this company. I contacted customer service twice about my order delivery and received no response! Luckily, I used a credit card, allowing me to request a cancellation. Otherwise, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to receive a refund!

I ordered several items, one of which was on pre-order. I paid for expedited delivery, yet it’s been 10 days and nothing has arrived. I complained four days ago and suggested splitting my order to send the in-stock items, which they eventually did. I shouldn't have to suggest such basic customer service practices. I'm still waiting for my items and have no tracking information provided.
This service is absolutely fantastic. My hair product order was shipped quickly, and their customer support is efficient and caring. I will definitely order again. Other businesses could learn a lot from how they treat their customers. Very impressed.
In response to your previous message, I did email you twice, replying to your organization's initial email. I received an auto-response stating that I would be contacted within two working days. I’m out $165 and still haven’t received my order. I have confirmed my address with the representative, but they only stated that it was marked as delivered. This is unacceptable. Please escalate this to a manager who can assist. I want to log zero stars; I haven't received my order, no tracking number has been issued, and I keep receiving survey requests without any follow-up.
I was very disappointed that the hand wash items I ordered arrived without any boxes, just the dispensers in a large cardboard box. These were Christmas gifts, so I had to purchase individual boxes instead of giving the plastic dispensers as gifts.
