I ordered a shower wall (Mermaid/Wetwall) on the bath centre, with an advertised delivery time of 1-3 days. This was 18 days ago. I am currently still waiting for this panel to be delivered.Multiple issues with the supplier and their delivery service. Always promised a delivery estimate of 'today' or 'tomorrow'. The panel never arrives.The Bath Centre costumer service don't seem to do much about this, they give me the same empty promises of delivery dates that are never successful. No interest in pushing their supplier to deliver on time, a discount on the service, offer a different courier,... nothing. They should definitely cut ties with Wetwall/Shore Laminates and stop selling their items if they are not going to follow up on their poor service.
