After recently fitting out a bathroom i had purchased a Narvik vanity unit and ceramic basin from Bathcenter, when fitting the unit with drawers i came across a design fault with the cut out for the basin trap and waste, also the ceramic basin was a bit out of shape.I emailed them a short video and photos to show defects and within 2 hours from emailing i had received a new draw and ceramic basin.
