Ordered 2 toilets after requesting extra info on sizes. N. B. Delivered shrink wrapped on a pallet. (Note, the courier cannot take the pallet back)Just be aware of this. Not an issue for me but you need to factor this in when they arrive. Unfortunately, when checked, one of the cisterns had a crack on one side and pieces found inside box which didn't show any sign of damage.Ameena responded very quickly after I sent an email + pics and re-ordered another cistern (FOC) which arrived soon after.Just waiting for our plumber to fit.I would just mention that it's quicker to email for a response!I would definately use this online service again.Thanks to Ameena again who appears to be the sole administrator! If she is she deserves a pat on the back. So nice to see good service.
