Our bathfitter agent Lindsey Hardcastle started us off on our wonderful journey down the Bath Fitter Burnaby road!Starting with our agent Lindsey and ending with Mihael the installer every step of the well known Bath Fitter’s installation process was carefully planned and executed in a top drawer way! The communication and update process was also a factor in making everything easy and smooth. This was especially important as we live on a multi-residential co-op and things have to be done to a high standard according to our exacting co-op rules. We are so very pleased and the design of our new tub and shower system is the envy of our neighbours. We truly love it! Spending up on slightly higher end features (e.g. subway tile wall design) and the Moen fixtures including a fabulous rain shower head, and the elegant sculptural tub also made a lot of difference in the look and feel of our new guest bathroom. Many thanks to Lindsey, Mihael, and another young man and woman who were on phone duty on March 9, 10 and 11, when I had a lot of last minute questions and had the jitters about the renovation.
