Initially, an advisor provided helpful advice on equipment for safer bathing. The project manager visited, but I wasn't informed about needing to step up onto the shower platform, which was difficult for me. A pole was ordered, but the fitter advised it wouldn't be safe. I had expected a ridge to step over, and my concerns about the sewer were dismissed, complicating the fitter's task. The start date was communicated, but no one showed up. After multiple calls, a fitter arrived days later, and although they did a great job, the rubbish was left for three weeks. Communication was lacking, especially regarding unresolved issues. Thankfully, a representative was able to assist and resolve my concerns. I appreciate the end result but would have preferred a smoother process.
