Same experience as others who didn't check reviews before ordering. Ordered toilet seat online one weekend and got an immediate automatic standard email saying delivery would be Friday. Friday came and went. Spent the next week trying to find a new delivery date - no emails answered, phone never answered, web chat not connected to anyone. Towards the end of the week I opened a case on PayPal - I got an immediate email (not via PayPal) from Brendan saying there were manufacturing difficulties (strange they wouldn't have such a standard item in stock) and it would be ready Monday. Monday came and went with no updates on delivery date - my email asking for new delivery date not answered. Towards the end of that week I elevated it in PayPay - got an immediate email (not via PayPal) from Brendan saying "Don't you want it any more ?" I then waited out the time as PayPal's request to them for an explanation was also unanswered as far as I could see and then a month after I'd ordered PayPay refunded me. There are reviews like this going back almost 10 years. They have no dedicated customer service at all and only ever responded to me when prompted by PayPal. So, if your order goes wrong in any way be prepared.
