I need a replacement wrapped MDF panel with a rounded edge, something rare nowadays, but which the Bath Panel Store said they could provide. I send a drawing and they said they'd need to confirm the colour, and sent me a sample. It was fine, so I asked them how I could order the panel. No response to emails or telephone or chatbot! I sent another enquiry from a different email address and received a cheery response. When I repeated my 'how do I order?' there was again no response. ...it seems an odd way to run a business, but at least I'd not parted with any cash, unlike some of the people on here who have been blanked. Wish I'd read reviews earlier and saved my time too.
