UPDATE - The owner visit the job and confirmed that the glass needed to be replaced. He replaced it with a much thicker glass, which works great. This was done within one week. We spent $28,000 on one bath, one shower and 1 vanity. We were told the products that they used are the top of the line, but they are not. The glass shower door is so thin that it shakes when you barely touch it. We have complained to Bath Planet (using their sub name of Four Seasons Home Products), and they became angry with us and treated us as if we were in the wrong for not liking the cheap thin glass they installed. They are so nice when they want your business, but if you dare complain about the work they performed, you are treated like crap. This is from the lady who answers your phone call to the guy who came out to check out the complaint. This guy was so rude that my husband kicked him out of the house. What happened to the nice people who grinned when we gave them a $28,000 check. They are refusing to replace the shower doors with a high quality glass that they said their product was. We now have to find another company to give us the high quality that Bath Planet promised. DO NOT USE THEM.
