My experience with Bath Planet Atlanta was AWFUL

My experience with Bath Planet Atlanta was absolutely awful. What is sold as a 2 day install turned out to be 30+ days. The initial installers did shoddy work even damaging the walls in the adjoining bedroom and closets. After getting them to come out to work on what was an unfinished bathroom remodel/installation they thought only priming the damaged walls was sufficient and told me I would have to paint the walls on my dime. Only weeks later after having another installer come out over and over (literally 3 times) to clean up behind the initial installers--missing stuff he should have been catching and fixing—Bath Planet finally budged and painted the walls. But let that sink in: the company that did damage to my walls wanted me to fix their damaging work on my own dime. What’s worse about this entire experience is that the owner, Daniel Bradley, once he gets a hold of you doesn’t have any of his team take ownership of their shoddy work or awful customer service. They’re all lying together, and he supports their lies and lies right along with them/not providing any customer service himself. I’ve never seen anything like it. It was truly an amazing experience to watch an owner not try to help a customer and side with his unprofessional/shoddy team. (When I worked at the airlines we upgraded ppl to first class for far less company inconveniences.) But I guess they say a fish rots from the head down. ALL PICTURES ARE TAKEN AFTER THE INSTALLERS THOUGHT THEY WERE DONE WITH THE INSTALL! (Imagine that! Look how unfinished. They even left remnants of the tub they were breaking down in my lawn.) Look elsewhere for your remodel! They don't deserve your business. These installations aren't cheap and their craftsmanship and customer service is shoddy to say the least. They don't ever return phone calls.
