I felt misled by this company right from the start when the person came to provide a quote. The representative claimed to be a manager rather than a salesperson, which seems to have been incorrect. They managed to fit my dates in (which should have raised a red flag!) and the start was delayed by two days. I recommend checking all paperwork thoroughly; the new bathroom wet wall was installed over the old one without any discussion, simply marked on the form as not to remove the old stuff. Why is that even an option? The finish is below standard and far from what I consider acceptable given the amount I spent. The fitter was another issue; he did not adhere to the timeline he provided, saying he’d be done on Wednesday but was still working on Friday. I called the office for an update and was told a manager would return my call, but that never happened. I wouldn't recommend them; I should have stuck with the company I used for my previous home.
