I feel misled by the service from the moment the representative came to give a quote. He claimed to be a manager rather than a salesperson, which now seems untrue. They managed to fit my dates in, which should have been a warning sign, and the start was delayed by two days. I checked all the paperwork thoroughly, but the new bathroom wet wall was installed over the old one without any discussion; it was simply noted on the form that the old materials wouldn't be removed. Why is that even an option? The quality of the finish is below what I consider acceptable for the price I paid. The installer also missed his promised timeline, saying he'd be done by Wednesday but was still working on Friday. I reached out to the office for clarification, and although I was told a manager would call me back, that never happened. I wouldn't recommend this service; I should have gone with the company I used in my previous home.
