I bought a laptop battery from a seller that offered a two-year warranty. When the battery malfunctioned within that period, I reached out to them. They instructed me to send the faulty battery to a location in BC at my own cost, which I did. However, after I sent it, I never received a replacement, a refund, or any further communication from the company. I tried to file a complaint, but their address was unverified for submitting a formal claim. I also attempted to dispute the charge through my card provider, but the time limit had already expired. From my experience, this business was dishonest, failed to uphold its warranty, and was ultimately unreliable. I find their behavior to be reminiscent of a scam and would strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase from them.
