The company did not inform me that my credit card would be processed internationally (my US debit card was charged in Canada), leading to an unexpected 3% fee from my debit card provider. Additionally, the shipping of the battery appears to be quite slow.

From my experience, this business was dishonest, failed to uphold its warranty, and was ultimately unreliable. I find their behavior to be reminiscent of a scam and would strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase from them.

Questionable Business Practices

This company seems illegitimate. They list items as in stock, but that isn't the case. They claim orders will be processed within 24 hours, yet that doesn't happen. They also ignore customer inquiries. I advise staying away from this service unless you want to risk your money.

Great Products but Poor Customer Service

While the service may offer quality products, their customer service is lacking, especially when it comes to resolving shipping issues. I never received my laptop battery, for which I paid $46. I've tried multiple times to reach out via email and phone, but no one answers. I just want my money back!

Not a Reliable Business

I live in the area and used to be able to pick up my battery directly, but that option is no longer available. I inquired before placing my order, only to be told they don't offer that service anymore. Instead of paying double for a battery available elsewhere with free shipping, I won't be using their service again.
