This company is a scam. I ordered a Dell battery and provided a US shipping address when I signed in. However, since I live in Mexico (close to the border), I needed to enter my billing address, which is in Mexico. After three weeks, I received an email from a person in China stating that the battery had been delivered to Mexico and that I needed to pay for the return because my address was incorrect. Frustratingly, I sent screenshots of my account clearly showing the US shipping address. This was in late January, and I have not heard from them since.
