Slow shipping. Order placed and accepted Feb 13th, USPS label created that day, it is now Feb 19th abd USPS says the item still has not been received. No phone number, no way to contact them except email which they seem to ignore. I will give them one more day to respond, and then I will file a reverse with MasterCard.

Not reliable! While placing order, it said "delivery 10-15 days", today is 16th day and its showing another several days until estimated delivery. This is second time, and last one, I ordered something from this website. Previous time same thing happened. I had to wait for my order more than 3 weeks. They gave me some credit off of last order. This time is really last time I deal with them. Be aware of reliability in placing order with this website!
Scam company. I ordered a battery for my laptop in January. It took a month to get there. They sent me the wrong battery. They tried to convince me that I made a mistake and told me that their model numbers may be different than U.S. numbers but even the battery they sent had a different number.They told me that they would give me 10% back and for me to sell the battery here!!!!!! Or, if I wanted to send it back at my expense to get a refund but give it a value of $1 or $10 so that they don't have to pay duty or they will refuse the package!!! WTF This is a total scam and, by the way, they use the same returns address as the other fake site viviokko.com. These are fraudulent Chinese companies scamming folks.

I ordered a product, that I needed within a certain time and they were unable to deliver on time, due to a friend of theirs calling in sick or something, so they could not take it to the delivery location, so I had to purchase from another place. In response to their late delivery they offered me just over a dollar off!
