They are a Chinese company, I ordered a replacement battery for our Bose speakers, they supplied me with a bogus tracking number, bogus tracking showing the shipment transiting through NY to our local post office. After a week, I went to the post office to find out why they had not delivered the box, they told me they did not have the box, they searched the warehouse using my nbame and address, nothing came up. They tried the tracking number and could not find anything in their system. Both the tracking number and tracking info was bogus.
