I ordered a replacement battery for a solar light on November 23. I received an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification on November 24. After that, I heard nothing. Their customer support is nonexistent; they don't answer calls or emails, and there's no tracking available. Based on other reviews, I'm not alone in facing this issue. Save your money and choose another service. I've since received a refund through the payment platform.
