I can't recommend this service enough for the support I received. I mistakenly ordered the wrong batteries for my alarm system. As soon as the batteries arrived, I reached out via email and got an immediate response. They offered to exchange the batteries for the correct ones. Once they received my return, my new order was shipped right away. Fantastic service, and based on my experience, I highly endorse this service.

'Battery-Plus LLP' was dissolved in 2018. Batteriesplus.co.uk deserves 5 stars for unexpected next-day delivery, but I’m only giving 4 because my calls went to voicemail both times. After searching online, this was the only service offering a replacement battery with the correct specifications for my rechargeable radio, although it was listed for solar lights. The connector was slightly different, but a friend helped me modify it, and now my radio works perfectly again. Thank you for saving my device!
I ordered nine days ago and have received no confirmation emails or updates. They won't respond to emails, and I still haven't received my items, yet they have taken my money. It seems this service may have gone out of business… Do NOT give them your money!

I received a confirmation email/invoice right after ordering and the battery arrived exactly 2 working days later, perfectly packaged.
