Ordered batteries which arrived but we're wrong size (my fault). Eventually after many attempts got an email saying to exchange them as per the 30 days offered. Sent them back to exchange recorded delivery and since then, nothing despite repeated attempts to contact. They owe me £30 or 4 batteries.
