Still awaiting a reply from sales or any one within the company. I purchased batteries over £20 in cost and they have turned up went to use the items and only have 6% charge in them; very disappointed and even more disappointed no one has replied from sales that I send an email to. Again to day I have sent my complaint to the contact us on website - will see if any one bothers to reply.
