I ordered a replacement battery for a solar light on November 23rd and received an email confirming my order. The next day, I got another email stating that the item had been dispatched. After that, there was complete silence. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't respond to calls or emails, and tracking information is unavailable. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one facing this issue. Save your money and consider another service. I eventually received a refund through a payment platform.
