Excellent customer service

I had the opposite experience of most reviewers. I received an exercise device that was slightly damaged. I called customer service there, and they contacted the manufacturer for a fix. When they realized that a fix was not possible, they sent me a new part incorporating the working part. It was an easy and friendly process. Kim, the Customer Service Manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Terrible return policy

Bought battery and didn't fix right, think they goofed up. Called customer service and they said that I could return no problem and they send me a RMA along with return label for free shipping. Instead got email stating need to pay shipment both ways plus 15% restocking fee. Will never do business with them again.

I ordered a Nextorch T20L on Nov 6

I ordered a Nextorch T20L on Nov 6, 2023 and now it is Nov 30th and the light hasn't arrived and tracking shows that it hasn't moved in over 2 weeks. The total with tax was just over $380 and it hit my card the day it shipped which was November 6th. I have been corresponding with them via email since the 14th and they promised they would refund me on Nov 27th if the light didn't arrive and of course they never did. On Nov 29th they told me they can't refund until 21 "business" days have passed so on top of the $380 I will be paying interest on an item I don't have. I have well over 100 high-end flashlights in my collection and half are modded and I decided to give BJ a try on a nice LEP and I am sorry I did. Next Monday will be 21 working days so we'll see what happens and I will update my review. Order from them at your own risk.

Buy buy buy at your own risk

Battery Junction does not stand behind it's product! In a matter of 8 months, two CR123A Titanium Innovations batteries leaked and damaged my camera. I sent pictures and they never called me so I called them. The box says "10 year shelf life." 1 year warranty, even though they have a 10 year shelf life??

Their customer service reps lie

I've bought from Battery Junction several times before and everything was okay. But I had a flashlight go bad that I had purchased from them, and I called their customer service and spoke to a Lady that went by Sam. I described the problem with the light and she told me to send it back to them as it was under warranty. I questioned her about shipping charges, and she told me that I would have to pay to ship it back to them and they would cover the return shipping charges. I sent it off as instructed with a detailed description of the problem with the light and a recap of the conversion with Sam about shipping charges. Then I got an email saying that I needed to pay the return shipping charges, so I called and talked with a different customer service rep and she told me everyone there knew that they did not pay return shipping charges so I needed to pay the return shipping charge. There was another flashlight that I was interested in purchasing, so I asked her if I bought the flashlight could they add my repaired flashlight to the shipment. She was somewhat curt and told me that they did not combine shipments. The return shipping charges certainly aren't going to break me, it is the fact that they lied and wouldn't do anything about it. So, to recap, they lied to me over the phone about the return shipping and when confronted about it, they didn't care and required me to pay up to get my flashlight back. And they didn't even care that I would have bought another flashlight from them if they could put my repair in the new purchase shipment. They have lost a customer for good, and as I told them on the phone, I will lambast them because of their lie and their attitude about it on every social media site that I can find.

Bad Batteries / Bad Customer Service

On February 19th, 2023 I purchased 6 batteries for Battery Juction. I received them on February 24th, 2023. By March 30th, 2023, the batteries were failing, and only providing approximately 25% of the original charge / use time. I contacted Battery Juction concerning the problem asking for a replacement or refund. Battery Juction advised that anything outside of a 15 day window was out of warranty. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Long Waits for Orders

Site doesn’t indicate if products are in stock. Place an order then find out it will take a month, or more, to receive it. Wanted an alternative to Amazon to avoid used/counterfeit products but so far this outfit isn’t fitting the bill.

after a month of waiting didn't get my order

I ordered 3 items on Nov 27 from the site, with expected delivery about Dec 10. I didn't get my order at the time. I started chatting with support and suddenly - and get a standard bla-bla text without the slightest attempt to help me get what I ordered. At the same time - these items were on B&H.com even with free shipment, just for notice. Now is Dec 27, and I still didn't get the main part of my order and had no clarification from support about when I can get it. Strongly do not recommend this company for any online purchases.

House of JUNK Battery Company

Bought 3, 9 volt lithium bats. tg replace alks in 3 gas detectors. Alks last 1 to 1 /2 years. Didn't want to have deal with surprise fails so paid almost $7.00 each. One went dead this week after about a year and a half. Other 2 show 80% drained. They refused to do ANYTHING. Said guarantee was for 30 days. Yeah that makes senses for a product like a battery. Duh! Didn't respond when I pointed out that the dead one was nearly 2 years old when they sent it to me. Not trustworthy, not helpful STAY AWAY. More you spend the more you risk with these people.

Suspected of Counterfeits

I am just learning the ropes of 18650 pack design. I have been looking for a good business to get batteries from. I ran across batteryjunction.com and then searched for customer reviews. I found a review from an experienced pack builder. I have seen a couple of his YouTube videos and the guy knows his stuff. All the "Samsung" batteries he ordered were counterfeits. I will not be doing any business with this company.
