Amazing company!
Due to a broken watchman I was left in a bad situation unexpectedly with no oil. With a baby and toddler in the house this wasn't ideal. Ordered fuel through certas after being promised quick emergency delivery, only to be messed around and given false information and would have been waiting over 2 weeks. They also gave me incorrect and varying information on refund times if I were to cancel (after struggling to get through to them).
Monument fuels went above and beyond to help me and get me fuel the same day and were very understanding of the situation. Very reasonable prices, extremely fast delivery and honestly lovely staff! Will be placing all of my orders through them from now on. Thank you so much!

Another company let me down and couldn’t give me a delivery date for heating oil. I rang Monument on Monday 10th February and asked how soon they could deliver and the response was by Friday latest. The delivery was actually made today Wednesday 12 February by a very pleasant and helpful driver. Outstanding service with a competitive price. It’s nice to deal with a company that actually does what it says it will. Thoroughly recommended and worth contacting.I am very pleased with the service.
Recently moved to the area so was unsure who to choose for heating oil having heard a few bad stories. I emailed a few companies but Monument Fuels replied straight away with a very good price so ordered with them expecting to wait up to a week for delivery. Next morning the lorry was at my door ! Very competitive price on heating oil, next day delivery, very friendly helpful delivery driver, and a free calendar. Its rare to find such good customer service these days, I recommend them 100%.
