Needed a replacement battery for my mother's mobility scooter. Battery Trader were simply fantastic. With little time left before a holiday I didn't want my mum to be stuck at home with no means of getting out and about. Battery Trader allowed me to drop off the battery pack in person, replacing the battery almost immediately, charge, test, then phoning me to say it was ready for collection only a couple of hours later.
