It was easy to find the correct replacement battery for my UPS on their website. The price was reasonable, much cheaper than Amazon. Delivery charge was fair. Dispatch and delivery were very fast (by DPD in my case): it arrived the next day. This is the company I will use in future.
I recently ordered two replacement batteries for a Manger Camel Elk air cushion. The previous batteries had failed whilst trying to lift a patient. With the new batteries fitted and charged, the unit is now 100% operational again. The batteries arrived via next day delivery as promised....I also had a follow-up up email a month later with advice on charging, to keep them in the best condition.
