Purchase two thursday because I got told next day delivery. Never arrived, so I rang and got told they have bent over backwards to pull all the strings to get them to me on a Saturday delivery with no extra charge,also heard nothing and never arrived.Arrived Tuesday.So I was left all over the bank holiday weekend with no batteries for the scooter so couldn't go anywhere.I purchased more elsewhere from someone who could deliver on time.When trying to refund it seems you get charged courier fees and possibly re stocking charges.I will sell them on privately as I can't be bothered with the hassle of dealing with them again.I have recieved (31/08/23) a email prompting me to give battery trader more info to who I am.Based on what I have written and stated I have been left all over the bank holiday. Im sure that must indicate who I am.....unless I am not the only one that got let down!Probably working through a back log of unhappy customers by the sounds of it!
