I ordered a 2.4ah Ultracell battery. They sent me a 2.1ah different make battery. The same battery they sent me is half the price online, so essentially they are charging for higher spec and delivering lower spec derivatives...Then to make matters worse, they won't admit their mistake and expect me to pay the return postage.Avoid them like the plague and get your money back via your bank, this company is advertising false goods and delivering "compatibles". I am raising this with trading standards and also Fraud UK, this is completely unacceptable and companies like this should be reported.
