Visited the shop today as I had an issue with my Rav4. Spoke to Rob he was very informative explained everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeful and nothing was too much trouble. Did tests on my battery and said I didn't need a new one. He wasn't at all pushy which is a rareity these days. Lovely man would recommend him and his shop to anyone who needed advice or even a new battery.
