Visited the shop today as I had an issue with my Rav4. Spoke to Rob he was very informative explained everything in detail. He is extremely knowledgeful and nothing was too much trouble. Did tests on my battery and said I didn't need a new one. He wasn't at all pushy which is a rareity these days.
Lovely man would recommend him and his shop to anyone who needed advice or even a new battery.

Purchased batteries at start of lockdown (covid19)for my mobility scooter have only used to make essential trips put on charge regularly but these batteries would not hold charge .took to a local battery specialist to test and they have said 3 out of the four a dude and the fourth one only just past the tests have tried ringing battery world and emailing but have not had reply this has been over the past three months so you can understand the aggregation when you look at their website that you can only get a refund or return in first 30 days (very small print) even though on purchase the said a years warranty was supplied but when they do not respond to any communication they can claim that they did not get notified in time
