This is my first and only subscription box service, and I must say, I am quite impressed. The quality of the gear is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch! There was a minor issue with one of my packages being rerouted, which wasn’t the company’s fault, but they reassured me that they would resolve it if my package didn’t arrive. A few months later, I ordered some individual items and received one incorrect item, along with a missing one. Upon contacting them, they allowed me to keep the mistakenly sent item and promptly shipped out the missing one the next day. I’m puzzled by some negative reviews about customer service, as my experiences have been nothing short of great. Although I have received similar items, that is typical for a mystery subscription service. Fortunately, I’ve been able to use nearly all my gear, and I can pass on duplicates to my son. Another fantastic aspect is the community of members on social media, which is refreshing for connecting with like-minded individuals eager to learn and support each other in outdoor pursuits. We can even sell or trade gear we no longer need. Overall, my experience has been exceptional, and I look forward to being a subscriber for a long time.
