Over all great company and love most of the goodies, their will always be some goods that some ppl have no use for at all lol but they send out a lot of very use full products and have great customer service. I would love to see some olight flashlights be sent out in the battle boxes tho
The customer support is outstanding, consistently standing by their products. To be honest, not every box contains items you'll want or need. However, I've found myself using some things months later that I initially thought I wouldn't. The quality is never subpar, and I believe the value is significant. Items you don't want can easily be sold or gifted, plus there are often surprises that you never considered. Once again, the team is fantastic.
I was initially hesitant, but each box has provided valuable items that I can include in my emergency bags and long-term disaster preparedness kits. I'm very satisfied with my subscription.
This is my first and only subscription box service, and I must say, I am quite impressed. The quality of the gear is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch! There was a minor issue with one of my packages being rerouted, which wasn’t the company’s fault, but they reassured me that they would resolve it if my package didn’t arrive. A few months later, I ordered some individual items and received one incorrect item, along with a missing one. Upon contacting them, they allowed me to keep the mistakenly sent item and promptly shipped out the missing one the next day. I’m puzzled by some negative reviews about customer service, as my experiences have been nothing short of great. Although I have received similar items, that is typical for a mystery subscription service. Fortunately, I’ve been able to use nearly all my gear, and I can pass on duplicates to my son. Another fantastic aspect is the community of members on social media, which is refreshing for connecting with like-minded individuals eager to learn and support each other in outdoor pursuits. We can even sell or trade gear we no longer need. Overall, my experience has been exceptional, and I look forward to being a subscriber for a long time.
The service provides amazing gear each month that is practical and potentially life-saving. Our family has bonded more through this subscription. When the package arrives, we all come together to unpack it, discussing each item and our plans for its use. It truly feels like Christmas every month!
I have been a subscriber for several months now, and the service is outstanding! I've encountered a couple of minor issues, but they responded promptly and resolved everything swiftly and without any hesitation. They managed my packages being sent to other states and addressed the situation when incorrect items were delivered. This company is exceptional, and I have no plans to cancel my subscription anytime soon!
I love getting the items that can actually be used in real survival settings. Everything i've gotten is not Temu grade stuff. It's actually really good stuff that's built very well. The knives are always a plus, just wish they had knives in the lower levels.
