Horrifying Customer Service giving me a headache.

I went with the cheaper "Pro-Quick-Pick" option because it was supposed to be faster delivery and build times even though I wanted the full "custom build" but it still took almost a month to arrive anyway. The Analog sticks felt funny right out of the box and the right one broke within the first hour of play and is completely unusable. I chalked it up to my usual bad luck but it took them weeks to respond to my email and it was literally impossible to get them to pick up the phone. By the time they finally responded they claimed the warranty had expired which only happened due to their snails pace response time. After arguing with them they agreed to let me fill out an RMA to have it shipped back and fixed. Its been over a week now and they have not confirmed or sent me a packing slip. I even had to threaten them that I would eventually write a bad review despite just wanting results and my controller that I dished out $200 for to just work. Yet its been sitting here next to the box for 2 months now as if its very existence is to torment me. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Even if the controller worked I couldn't recommend this company at all since the customer service is so atrocious. And judging by the other reviews and non-functioning controllers on here its seems their quality control is garbage as well. Its quite a shame really because the short experience I had with the controller was quite nice and I enjoyed it I'll give them that. Great concept, poor execution. Save yourself the headache.
